David A. Kinzey

Mr. David A. Kinzey, 61, of Mountain Road, Schellsburg, died Tuesday, December 8th, 2015 as the result of a machinery accident at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Kinzey was born in Snake Spring Township on Monday, February 1, 1954, the son of the late Byron R. and LaVerne (Berkey) Kinzey.
On May 28, 1993, he married Rose M. (Hadix) Kinzey. In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Misty wife of Donnie Moore, Konxville, TN; Daughter- April wife of Corbin Inlso, Knoxville, TN; Son- William J. husband of Angela (Burkey) Nugent, Schellsburg; Daughter- Jennifer R. Hadix, Schellsburg; Daughter- Crystal L. Hadix, Bedford; Daughter- Gena L. Hadix, Schellsburg; Son- Gregory A. Hadix, Schellsburg; Sister- Diane K. Davis, New Paris. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
David served as the Napier Township Supervisor for 18 years and was a 1972 graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend and he will be greatly missed.
A Funeral Service will be held at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg at 10:30 AM on Saturday, December 12th, 2015 with Pastor Aaron Whetstone officiating.
Interment will be held at Schellsburg Cemetery.
Friends are invited to call on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home in Schellsburg.
