Mr. Coy L. Shelton, 59, of Pensyl Hollow Road, Bedford, died at 11:02 AM, Friday, December 13th, 2013 at Windber Hospice.
Mr. Shelton was born in Ogden, UT on Wednesday, September 22, 1954, he was the son of the late Donna Mitchell.
Coy was married to Pamela K. (Rightnour) Shelton. In addition to his wife he is survived by Daughter- Jennifer "Jennie" wife of Jovan Robles, Bedford. Sister- Patricia wife of Shawn Henry, Bedford; Brother- Perry Perkins, Bedford; Sister- Tonyia wife of Greg Stottlemeyer, Bedford; Sister- Tammy wife of Rick Denison, Bedford. He is also survived by two granddaughters, Regina and Raissa and numerous nieces and nephews. He was reared in the home of Jessica Crawley, who precedes him in death. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Alan Marshall and a nephew, Perry L. "Pete" Crawley.
Coy had worked for various asbestos removal companies. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan.
A Memorial Service will be held at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford at 4:00 PM on Monday, December 30th, 2013.
Friends are invited to call on Monday, December 30th from 3:00 - 4:00 PM at the funeral home in Bedford.
