Charles O. Crum

Mr. Charles O. Crum, 72, of New Paris, passed away at 2:30 PM, Thursday, January 23rd, 2014 at his home after a long illness.

Mr. Crum was born in Frederick, MD on Saturday, October 25, 1941,  the only son of the late Orman and Jane Crum.

Mr. Crum is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra and by his only son, Charles O. Crum, Jr., both of New Paris.

He was also survived by cousins Kay and Willie Rice of Bowie, MD and Wayne and Pat Crum of Frederick, MD; several nieces and nephews of Core WV and Fairview, WV and by "adopted" family member, Christine Augustine of Johnstown.

Mr. Crum served in the US Navy and was employed for his entire working life in the fields of accounting and finance.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
