Cecily Mae "Charlotte" (Bax) Mock

Mrs. Cecily Mae "Charlotte"  Mock, 83, of Blossom Lane, Schellsburg, died at 9:45 PM, Friday, March 16th, 2012 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.

Mrs. Mock was born in Richland Twp., Allegheny County, on Friday, May 18, 1928,  the daughter of the late Charles I. and Kathryn I. (Boyle) Bax.

On June 2, 1948, she married Simon H. Mock.  In addition to her husband she is survived by Son- George H. husband of  Kimberly (Cox) Mock, Bedford; Son- Ricky L. Mock, Schellsburg. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Sgt. Joshua Crowley, Christopher and Heather, and five great grandchildren, Summer, Elizabeth, Andrew, Jordan and Landen.  She was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael, three sisters, Blanche Duncan, Betty Hastings and Kathryn Zimmerman and by a brother, John Bax

Charlotte was a member of the United Church of Schellsburg.    She was employed as a cook for Chestnut Ridge Central Elementary School, retiring in 1989 after 20 years of employment.

A Funeral Service will be held at the United Church of Schellsburg at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 20th, 2012  with Rev. Ruth Shaver officiating.

Interment will be held at  Fishertown Cemetery.

Friends are invited to call on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.
