Mr. Rhodes was born in Everett, on Tuesday, June 5, 1979, The son of the late Charles F. and Kelly (Arnold) Rhodes-Barefoot who survives him of Woodbine, NJ.
He worked as a Painter. at Gap Vax in Johnstown. A member of BBDR Club, Pleasantville VFW #9219, and the Three Springs Hunting Club.
Brian loved to drag race motorcycles and he did so with his dad. He then dedicated his time to helping his nephew Mason become a third generation drag racer. The BBDR Club was his second home and his racing friends were his extended family.
Brian will be greatly missed by all who knew him, more than a friend, he was our "Superman".
Survived by Mother Kelly (Arnold) Rhodes-Barefoot, Woodbine, NJ, Stepmother Romona E. (Weyant) Rhodes of Fishertown, Maternal Grandmother Rae Arnold of Bedford, Sister- Sherry Barefoot married to Bill Roy Pfaff, Woodbine, NJ; Brother- Charles A. Barefoot Married to Dustin Barefoot, Woodbine, NJ; Sister- Nicole wife of David Claar, Claysburg; Sister- Cassie Reed, Grafton, OH., Nieces and Nephews, Brianna, Bill, Baden, Mason, Emily, Savanna, Sophie and a number of Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
Preceded in death by Maternal Grandfather Boyd Arnold and Paternal Grandparents, June and Reverand Charles Rhodes.
Friends received on Thursday, 2-9PM at Chestnut Ridge Independant Fellowship Church where service will be held Friday, 11:00AM at Chestnut Ridge Independent Fellowship Church with Pastor Dan Oldham officiating.
Interment at Wayne United Methodist Church Cemetery in McVeytown.
