Bonnie L. Reed

Bonnie L. Reed, 75, of Schellsburg, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at Pennknoll Village, Everett.

Bonnie was born in Bedford on October 14, 1947, daughter of the late Carl and Edith (Fleegle) Smith.

On April 6,1969, she married her husband Michael T. Reed who preceded her in death on September 13, 1979.

She is survived by son- Michael husband of Kelli (Phillips) Reed, of Schellsburg; daughter- Jennifer Reed, of Altoona; daughter- Holli Peifer, of Gallitzin; brother- Junior husband of Melda (Miller) Smith, of New Paris; brother- Jim husband of Louise (Corle) Smith, of Bedford; brother- Bob husband of Nancy (Fisher) Smith, of Bedford; brother-  Bill husband of June (Fisher) Smith, of Schellsburg; sister- Sue Ferguson, of Bedford; brother- Tim husband of Marybeth (Payne) Smith, of Alum Bank, sister-in-law- Bonnie Smith, of Bedford; five grandchildren- Kirsten, Zach, Jordon, Haileigh and CJ; and two great-grandchildren- Ava and Ella. Bonnie is preceded in death along with her husband Michael and her parents Carl and Edith by sister Debbie Leonard; brother Sam Smith; and brother-in-law Dave Ferguson.

Bonnie was a member of Sloan Hollow Church, Bedford.

Bonnie was previously employed at Cannondale and Ridgetop Orchards. She enjoyed spending time outside, in her flower gardens and loved Hoss's.

A visitation will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 2-5 PM at Mickle Geisel Funeral Home, Schellsburg.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2023, at 2 PM at Mickle Geisel Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Oldham officiating.

Interment will be at Stone Church Cemetery, Fishertown, PA.
