Blanche E Koontz

Blanche E. Koontz, 93, formerly of New Enterprise, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from Meadow View Nursing Center, Berlin, PA.

Blanche was born in Juniata Twp. on January 12, 1929, daughter of the late Albert and Sarah (Corley) Hillegass.

She is survived by son- Lynnwood Will and Betsy Will, Marshall, VA.; son- William Koontz, of New Enterprise; grandkids- Jillian, Christopher, Ryan, Kelly, Phillip, Somer, Tyler, and three great-grandchildren. Blanche is preceded in death by her first husband Henry G. Will, second husband William Koontz; brothers and sisters: Freda Miller, Paul Hillegass, Ruth Holler, Olive Hughes, Mildred Hillegass, and Glenn Hillegass.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27th, 2022 from 10 AM to 11 AM at Mickle Geisel Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at 11 AM at Mickle Geisel Funeral Home. Interment will be at Schellsburg Cemetery, Schellsburg, PA.
