Betty C. Shippey

Betty C. Shippey, 93, of Manns Choice, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 14, 2025 at her home in Juniata Twp.

Betty was born in Juniata Twp. on December 24, 1931, daughter of the late Wilbur and Catherine (Corley) Mowry.

She is survived by son- Donald E. husband of Evelyn (Pierce) Mowry, of Ruffs Dale; granddaughters: Tracie L. wife of Brian Yuhouse, of Ruffs Dale; Stacie J. wife of Justin Miller, of Ruffs Dale; granddaughter-in-law- Heidi Mowry, of Youngwood; sister- JoAnne Bender, of Bedford; brother- James Mowry, of Juniata Twp; sister- Janet Hillegass, of Juniata Twp. Betty is preceded in death by grandson- Donald E. Mowry Jr and 11 brothers and sisters.

Services will be private at the request of the family.
