Betty L. Pepple

Betty L. Pepple, 86, of Upper Snake Spring Road, Everett, Pennsylvania went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

Betty was born in Everett on April 24, 1938, daughter of the late Jacob and Edna (Foor) McCune.

On November 24, 1956, she married her husband Robert Dean Pepple, who preceded her in death on January 21, 2009.

She is survived by son- Thomas L. husband of Cindy (Robinette) Pepple, of Bedford; daughter- Teresa R. wife of Vaughn Myers, of Bedford; daughter- Sharon L. widow of Richard Demko, of Bedford; daughter-in-law- Wanda (England) Pepple, of Everett; 15 grandchildren: Becky, Tonya, Malynda, Robert, Krista, Rachel, Kyler, Jason, Crystal, Michael, Brittany, Dustin, Nicholas, Lauren, and Michael; along with numerous great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Betty is preceded in death by son- Brian D. Pepple, and daughter-in-law- Patty (Clark) Pepple.

Betty was affiliated with Snake Spring Valley Church of the Brethren. She was employed by Caro Motor Sales and England Chrysler Plymouth as a bookkeeper. She then went into business with her husband where they owned and operated the Western Auto Store in Everett from 1971- 1981. Betty retired from Bedford County Children and Youth in 1998.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 12-1 PM at Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes, Bedford.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 1 PM at Geisel-Styer Funeral Homes, Bedford with Pastor David Grimes officiating.

Interment will be at Ritchey Cemetery, Snake Spring, PA.
