Betty M. (Allison) Claycomb

Betty M. Claycomb, 81, of Lovely Road, Alum Bank went to her eternal home with Jesus on Friday, December 17, 2021 at UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital, Snake Spring Twp., Bedford, PA.

Mrs. Claycomb was born in Lincoln Twp., Alum Bank, PA on October 17, 1940, daughter of the late Homer D. and Leah (Harr) Allison.

She was the widow of Vernon E. Claycomb. He preceded her in death in September 1996.

She is survived by Daughter- Leslie Claycomb, Alum Bank; Daughter- Pamela Feathers, Claysburg; Daughter- Kim Funston, Buffalo Mills; Daughter- Karen Claycomb, Pavia; Daughter- Brenda Hammel, Alum Bank; Sister- Nancy Jacobson, Alum Bank; Sister- Dianne Crist, Alum Bank; Sister- Gerri Ralph, Bedford; 14 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren with one on the way and a very Special Friend who was like a sister- Ruth Dodson, Alum Bank.  Betty was preceded in death by 2 grandchildren, sister- Carol Piper, 2 infant brothers and an infant sister.

Betty enjoyed reading, crafting and crocheting. She was a kind-hearted amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who has touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was a member of Mt. Union United Methodist Church, Lovely, PA.

Friends will be received on Monday, December 20, 2021, from 9-11AM at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc, Pleasantville

A Funeral Service will be held at Jack H. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc, Pleasantville, PA at 11:00AM on Monday, December 20, 2021.

Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
