Barbara Ann (Otto) Keene

Barbara Ann Keene, 73, of Promise Road, Everett went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 30th, 2021 after a hard fought battle with brain cancer.

She was born in East St. Clair Twp., on August 10, 1947, daughter of the late Harry and Anna (Claycomb) Otto.

Barbara is survived by Son- William C. Keene Jr. husband of  Michelle (Mathews) Keene; Grandsons Cameron and Taylor; Brother- Jim husband of  Judy (Yarnell) Otto, Everett; Brother- Gene husband of  Diane (Bowser) Otto, Alum Bank; Sister- Betty Jane wife of  Roy Barefoot, New Paris; Sister- Susan widow of  Greg Sea, Bedford; Brother- Bob husband of  Jane (Neder) Otto, Myrtle Beach, NC; Sister- Deborah wife of  Ed Levadnuk, Raleigh, NC; Sister- Anita wife of  William Wendell, Everett. She was the wife of William C. Keene Sr., Poinciana, FL. and was preceded in death by her second husband James A. Lewis.

Barbara was a Budget Analyst for Food and Nutrition Services of USDA Office in DC.

She was a member of St. Johns Christian Church, Cessna.

Barbara was an avid golfer and member of Hidden Creek Country Club for 40 years. She enjoyed quilting, cross stitching and volunteering. Barbara will always be remembered for her joyous spirit and infectious laugh. A devoted mother and loving grandmother. She loved large family gatherings and spending time with her brothers and sisters.

A Private Family Gathering will be held at a later date.
