Mrs. Layton was born in New York City, NY on Monday, June 7, 1948, the daughter of the late Robert C. and Dolores V. (La Manna) Trail.
She is survived by Son- Timothy husband of Suzie (Good) Layton, Bedford; Daughter- Christina wife of John Thompson, Bedford; Sister- Debra J. wife of Glenn K. Anderson, Bedford. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Alyse Hillegass, Desiree and Brianna Corley and Devon, Derek and Olivia Layton all of Bedford.
She is also survived by two nieces, Heather Trail and Jessica Anderson, two nephews, James Trail and Buddy Anderson and two great nieces, Christilyn Foulk and Siryanna Foulk. She was preceded in death by a brother Robert A. "Butch" Trail and by a sister Amy L. Trail
Anne was a 1966 graduate of Bedford High School and of the Catholic Faith. Her most recent employment has been as a front desk clerk at the Super 8 Motel and working at the Bread Basket Cafe. She also worked at the former Chalybeate Bowling Center and was a Bedford Band Booster for many years. Anne enjoyed baking and sewing.
