Andrew D. Kerrick

Andrew D. Kerrick, 61, of Church Road, New Paris, passed away peacefully at home with his wife Barb by his side after a courageous 5-month battle of cancer on Saturday, March 12, 2022.

Mr. Kerrick was born in Johnstown, PA on July 5, 1960, son of the late Richard and Dorothy (Stuft) Kerrick.

On September 6, 2012 Andrew married Barbara S. (Mitchell) Kerrick.

He is survived by his wife- Barbara of New Paris; daughter- Melissa wife of Jase Deffibaugh, Osterburg; daughter- Miranda Elliot, North Carolina; grandchildren- Dallas Elliott, Braylynn Elliott and Rylee Deffibaugh, sister- Carol Sayne and brother- Rick Kerrick. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew- Jason Kerrick.

Andrew worked at C.P. in Pleasantville where he was a laborer.

He was affiliated with Christ Victory Church.

Andrew was a jack of all trades and enjoyed spending time in his garage working on cars. There wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix. Spending time with his grandchildren brought him great joy. Andrew was a hardworking and kind person who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

At Andrew’s request there will be no Viewing or Funeral Service.

Interment at Bedford County Memorial Park.
