Alexander K. "Alex" Young

Alexander K. "Alex" Young, 27, of Buffalo Road, Buffalo Mills, PA  went to his eternal home with Jesus on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at his home.

Alex was born in Johnson City, NY on July 20, 1993, son of  Michael A. and Cathryn J. (Kirby) Young.

On  February 25, 2020 Alex married Kadi Marie (Funston)  Young.

In addition to his wife- Kadi he is also survived by his parents of Seminole, FL; Son- Jax A. Young, at home; in-laws Bill and Judy Funston; brothers-in-law Jason, Kyle and Kane and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Alex served his county as Marine Sgt. from 2012-2020 and served active duty from 2012-2016. For one year he served Temporary Reserve Duty for Funeral Detail and was a small arm firearm instructor.

He was a Recruiter for Spherion Temp Service.

Alex was affiliated with the Salvation Army Church.

He enjoyed playing baseball and played for Penn State York Campus, he was a NY Yankee Fan. Alex enjoyed spending time with his family. He was an amazing husband, father, son and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
